Rock & Rock Distributor Plate
The Rock & Rock distributor plate, also known as the cone cap, is made of high-chromium cast iron for superior wear & impact resistance. Installed at the center of the VSI Rock & Rock rotor, it evenly directs material flow between the blades, ensuring balanced impact & uniform sand production in vertical self-impact crushers.
Hydrocone Mantle
The Hydrocone mantle, a cone-shaped component made of manganese steel, mounts on the head center & works in direct contact with the concave to crush mineral stones. Its precision design & hardened surface ensure accurate crushing, even pressure distribution & extended wear life. Produced in sizes 2-36, 4-36, and H3000 (CH430) & H4000 (CH440) series by Zob Samen Foundry Industries.
Hydrocone Head Center
The Hydrocone head center, made of carbon steel & weighing about 780 kg, is positioned at the core of the Hydrocone crusher. It supports the mantle, enabling crushing through its rotational motion against the concave. Its precise engineering ensures uniform force transmission, reduced vibration & enhanced overall efficiency of the machine.
Hydrocone Concave
The Hydrocone concave, made of manganese steel, is a main wear part in Hydrocone crushers for crushing mineral stones.
